We went to rodeo here in Denver. It was really fun. It's no Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, but we still had a great time. We went with some friends (the Moyer's) and the kids had a great time.
The best part was these monkeys riding on the back of a dog. It was so funny with their scarf blowing in the breeze. The monkeys hung on for dear life and loved every minute of it.
Sam was blue from head to toe from the cotton candy, and Maren won a purple ribbon in the "stick horse rodeo".

Looks like fun - I love the Rodeo! My kids, not so much. I have to say, the nap sounds like more fun though. I read something in a book the other day that said "a mom's sad if she only has time to get one leg shaved, but feels guilty if she gets them both shaved." and I thought, that says it all about us moms. I hope you enjoyed your nap - I'm sure you totally deserved it!
Maren has grown SO much since I moved! WOW!
